The transmission, assignment, sale, rental and/or public display of this website is prohibited without the corresponding authorization of its owner. The information and content presented on this website are for guidance only, leaving the owner of the website exempt from any liability arising from the lack of accuracy in the mentioned information and content.

The prices and rates of our services are subject to changes and modifications without prior notice and without the need for any communication other than its publication on www.proyectoomega.com.

Due to the nature of the game and for your security, the activity will be recorded during the session, however, no recording will be stored and all recorded material will be deleted at the end of the session.

We cannot ensure or guarantee that the service will not be interrupted at any time due to causes beyond the control of the company (power outages, technical failures, electronic errors, etc.). This may lead to the modification or cancellation of the reservation without any responsibility on the part of Elena Dominguez. In this case, the corresponding measures will be taken and alternatives will be proposed to offer the service on another date.

Bookings, cancellations and refunds

Bookings are preferably made through the link found on the Home page and on the Bookings page of www.proyectoomega.com. There you can check the days and times available, and you must specify the number of players.

No refund of reservation money will be made under any circumstances.

To make changes will require a minimum of 48 hours in advance. No change will be made with less than 48 hours under any circumstances (including force majeure).

Entry to the game will not be allowed after 15 minutes of the reservation time. In this case, no change or refund will be made.

In case of non-attendance of the team, no change or refund will be made.

Access to the game under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed.

No disrespect to Proyecto Omega staff will be allowed.

Entry to the game will not be allowed if the minimum is not reached or if it exceeds the maximum number of players allowed under any circumstances.

Failure to comply with any of these rules will cause the immediate cancellation of the reservation without the possibility of changes or refunds.
