What is an Escape Room?
An Escape Room is an entertainment game in which a group of people will be immersed in a story in which they are the protagonists. To develop it, they will have to face different challenges and enigmas that will test their attention, their capacity for cooperation and their dexterity.
How much time do we have?
The game lasts a maximum of 90 minutes. We try to ensure that all players can complete the game in this time.
Is there a minimum age to participate?
The game is not recommended for children under 12. There should always be at least one responsible adult in the group.
What if I don't know how to get out?
At all times you can have the help of the Gamemaster to move forward challenges and enigmas. The entire fecility is equipped with microphones and cameras to follow your progress. In addition, the game allows you to go back, or leave it at any time.
Can more people come than reserved?
Yes, as long as the maximum of 6 people per session is not exceeded and notice is given in advance. The final price will be recalculated at the end of the game. The same happens if you are fewer players than those reserved (with a minimum of 2 players)
Can a person with reduced mobility play?
Although not all events are designed to be wheelchair accessible, there are no bumps or steps throughout the entire course of the game. Even so, it must be taken into account that the minimum passage width at a specific point in the game is 52cm.
What happens if we are late?
In order to fully enjoy the experience, it is very important to arrive on time. In case of delay it will be deducted from the game time but beware! If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the reservation will be automatically canceled without the possibility of a refund.
Is it scary?
Proyecto Omega is not a scary game, although there may be some moments of tension.
What is the Gamemaster?
The Gamemaster is the person who, even if you don't see her/him, will be in the escape room and will follow your progress with the camera and microphone system installed in all the game rooms. They can help you move forward if you need it.
